Description:

Excess center lock adapter allows the use of a ISO 6-bolt disc brake rotor on a center lock hub.

This is needed to convert a center lock rear hub, like the ones used on the Excess complete wheel range, to set the hub up to use a disc rotor and disc brake set up.
